Roger Fenton, British photographer Finish:none on opposite sides of aRoger Fenton, British photographer, c1850s (1955). In the spring of 1855 Agnew and Sons of London sent Fenton to cover the war in the Crimea. He returned with 350 negatives of French and British soldiers and campsites in Balaklava Bay.
