Jean-Marc Pavelot, Corton Charlemagne Blanc other_regions A bit oaky and onModerate wood influence is present on the very fresh aromas of Granny Smith apples, citrus confit, white flower and an interesting hint of marmalade. There is even better volume as well as more evident minerality on the lingering and more complex finale where a touch of sweetness emerges that, for me at least, detracts from the overall appeal. To be sure, this is perfectly good, but it would be fair to observe that its not a classic rendition.
