Lovely Hand-drawn Ink and Watercolor Map by William Donaldson, St. Louis Central High, 1857 wicker hamper Then I noticed the childI've got a special love for hand drawn maps of many sorts (even more so now, as paper maps have become a relic of the pre digital pre GPS age), and this is a lovely one, red and black ink and watercolor. A fairly early one as far as American schoolwork maps go, and pretty rare that I see one devoted to a single state. (If only I had for each of the 31 states that existed in 1857, when William Donaldson drew and signed this!) I do have Arkansas,
