This sharpening stone kit comes with a pound bag of 60 grit silicon carbide. The silicon carbide stone polish is extremely coarse and efficient. This abrasive should only be used on the standard sharpening stones like silicon carbide and aluminum oxide (NOT ceramic, diamond or Matrix
