Elegant Carved Wooden Snake, with Pointed Tail, Presumed Oceanic old carved wooden and I don't wan't toI'm not certain the origins of this snake, but would guess Oceanic, and there is an accession number painted on the underside. I love the spare, elemental form of it, tapering to sharp point of a tail, and with just the right amount of a sway to the belly that its head floats above the ground as if just gliding through space. Beautifully carved, with super smoothness to the surface to the wood. 12" long and in excellent condition. I might guess mid
