There is excellent intensity and power to the imposingly constructed medium weight plus flavors that are blessed with plenty of dry extract that renders the still firm tannic spine almost invisible on the impeccably well-balanced and palate staining finish

I really like the amount of dry extract here as it relegates the still firm tannins to the background and this should age effortlessly for years to come

Here too there is a lovely sense of energy and punch to the muscular but not really rustic broad-shouldered flavors that also possess very good if not sensational mid-palate concentration before culminating in a balanced and palate coating finish

A wonderfully complex earthy and spicy dark berry fruit nose leads to delicious

Very very sweet and powerful and alcoholic, so much so that it is quite difficult to even discern the tannins but they are there. Is this just a bit too brutal and raw? It is extremely young but it does have all the ingredients there.
