Large Double Ball in Cage Carved Whimsy tall teak vase I found this one fairly

I found this one fairly tarnished but it polished right up

it's got a super earthy feel and reminds me of the pottery that surrounded me in my youth

I have not found another with this sort of double frame all the way around

complete with lots of charming photographs of all of the above

This substantially sized one has a nice dry patina, and is great both standing on end or laying horizontally, and lands at a nice mid point between rustic and refined. Found in Maine, and with a good number of years on it for sure. 6 7 8" long x 1 5 8" wide and deep. Very good vintage condition, with a couple of tiny hairline
