The driver's seat and steering wheel are long gone (and perhaps a driver too), but I really like the lines of it as it stands and rolls now. German or American, I'm not entirely sure, c. early 20th century. 7 5 8" x 2 7 8" x 2 3 4" t. No seat or steering wheel as evident. As is, great color, great surface,
