which wraps around what appears to be a thin horn handle to form the brush

Handmade Red Derby Car #4 school assigment The lip of the baseJust a great looking carved wooden toy car with hard plastic wheels and a steel plate on the underside to give it a little weight, painted the perfect red and with a great drippy #4 painted on the hood in creamy white. 7 inches long x 2 11 16" wide x 1 7 8" t. Very good used condition, all the better for the wear, with wheels well attached. There is some rust on the joint of one wheel so that wheel doesn't roll very well but the rest carry it along.
