2021 Inves las Setas, Trás-os-Montes Portugal Nebbiolo Gamay Sale 30+ year old vinesThe Las Setas is a single vineyard in the Arribas region of Tras os Montes. It is made up of a diverse planting of centenarian bush vines, around 60% of which are red grapes, and 40% white grapes. The red grapes are mostly Tinta Gorda (often called Juan Garcia on the Spanish side of the border), the white grapes mostly Malvasia Fina, Dona Branca, and Sria. Whole clusters are fermented in lagar, followed by a quick aging in used 225L barrels. The
