The cuve has to represent our terroir, our philosophy perfectly, while being easygoing at the same time. Vineyard: Templomdombi. Dense basalt with some tuff, sandstone, brown forest soil and clay. Planted in 2015. Estate owned and biodynamically farmed by Istvn himself
