RIS 3279 TOM (orange only). Waterproof with taped seams. Windproof. Concealed adjustable hood with drawcord. Full length heavy duty two way zip with studded storm flap. Two reflective bands around the body, sleeves and one over each shoulder. Inner chest zip pocket and tear release patch pocket. Two front pockets with flaps. Ribbed storm cuffs.
