2020 A. Lamblot, Coteaux Champenois Les Moines Vats Villaine Distilled from 70% corn andA rare bottling of still, red Pinot Noir from a single plot. Planted in 1984 in the village of Vrigny, farmed biodynamically. It sees almost 2 years in Foudre before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
