The dual holder with three compartments ensures minimal food waste, slicing vegetables of different sizes to perfection. Adjust the slicing thickness with the back screw or by turning the dial on the underside of the mandolin. The rubber retainers on the base stabilise the mandolin and the robust, ergonomic handle ensures a
