2023 | Mercouri Estate Foloi White | Peloponnese Domaine Henri et Gilles Buisson Finish with coffeeThis wine is 90% Roditis pressed off the skins and 10% Viognier, hand harvested and fermented on the lees. Translucent yellow green in the glass, the wine explodes with intense aromatics, white flowers and honeysuckle along with lemon peel. Flavors of melon, apple and pear are offered up in a rounded mouthfeel leading to a light and airy finish.
